Do you have what it takes to be a world-class Mathlete? Gold Medal Math uses an Olympics theme to challenge students with beat-the-clock math quizzes.

You'll start by entering your name and then selecting a country to represent. Next, you'll select an event from a list of winter and summer sporting events (bobsledding, snowboarding, 90m ski jump, figure skating, downhill skating, long jump, gymnastics, diving, pole vault, and javelin), one of four skill levels, and a subject (addition, subtraction, division, or multiplication). You can also participate in the Quadmathlon, which includes questions from all four subjects. All questions are presented in the form of an equation with four possible answers. You must think fast and click on the correct answer to select it.

In Practice Mode, you'll be given ten questions. Answer them all correctly and you can participate in your chosen event. When in Practice Mode, you don't get a time, score, or measurement, or earn any points for answering the questions correctly.

In Challenge Mode, the goal is to answer as many math questions as you can in one minute. You'll earn five points for every correct answer and lose five points for every incorrect answer. The number of correct answers also determines how well you'll perform in your selected event. You must answer at least 75% of the questions correctly just to qualify for the event. After the event, you'll see your time, score, or measurement. You'll also get a second chance to answer any questions you missed during the one minute Challenge, but this time, you'll only earn two points for every correct answer.

Earning points, thinking fast on your feet, and selecting correct answers are only part of the story. If you achieve a personal best or set a world record in an event, you'll receive a gold medal.

This game will keep you on your toes. You're always working against the clock, so you'll learn to think fast.
