Go to the Blue Apple in upper left corner
Scroll down to "System Preferences"
Go to "Displays"
Select 800x600

For Roller Typing my scores are not updating even when I receive a higher score. Why is this?

In order for your scores to be updated in Roller Typing, you need to get at least 25 wpm or higher AND 90% accuracy or better.

Example: You receive a score of 23 wpm and an 87% accuracy on your first try (regardless of event). On your second try you receive 24 wpm and a 92% accuracy. This will not update because the 24 wpm is below the 25 wpm cut off line. The 25 wpm and 90% accuracy scores are the minimum requirements to make it into Star Row.

When I press any key on the keyboard when playing Roller Typing I get a beep sound.

Whenever the "caps lock" is engaged you will always get a beep sound no matter which key you press. Make sure the "caps lock" is off when playing the program.

I am having trouble installing my EdVenture Software program. Can I get some further help?

Double Click on the CD-ROM icon on the desktop
Double Click the Installer
Make sure you select Agree when the Quicktime Agreement comes up at the end of the installing process.

When the videos play, they are very choppy and sometimes skip frames. Why is this?

For both Gold Medal Math and Roller Typing you need at least 16 MB of RAM. GeoCycle USA requires a minimum of 32 MB. The more RAM you have the better the programs will run. To check how much RAM you have for your Macintosh, go to the upper left of the screen where the apple icon is and select About This Computer. See how much Built in Memory there is.

How can I remove EdVenture Software programs from my computer?

Double-click on the hardrive icon
Click and drag either the Gold Medal Math, Roller Typing or GeoCycle USA folder to the Trashcan.
Go to Special at the top menu bar and select Empty Trash (assuming you don't already have other items in the trash you may want to retrieve later).

How can I delete a name in Gold Medal Math?

Unfortunately you can not delete a name by itself. In order to delete a name you have to reinstall the program. This however will clear out everyone else's name.
